
What worked in my bullet journal this month:
- Daily planning
- Food and meal planning over two weeks instead of the usual one
- Dividing tasks into 10, 20 or 30 minute groups so I can easily pick up my focus when I find a brief pocket of time.
What didn’t work in my journal this month:
- Any sort of long term planning
- Complicated spreads that incorporated too much information. My brain just couldn’t cope at the minute.
