What Worked In My Bullet Journal This Month:
- Have a theme that can be simplified for quick spreads
- Daily planning – still finding daily plans work better at the moment rather than weekly
- Listing the things that recharge me. I cannot tell you how much of a game changer this has been for me. Having a list of the things that I enjoy, and which give me more energy rather than drain it, has made it so much easier to prioritise time for myself.
What Didn’t Work In My Journal This Month:
- I tried including a section for gratitude each day, and this did help remind myself of all the things I’ve got to be grateful for. But as the days went past it just became yet another obligation to fill something in for the sake of it rather than because I felt it in the moment.
